We had a good experience with Richard on our last purchase with Luther. Also, the service department is great. Richard did a good job of explaining the new vehicle and we felt he was as excited abo purchase with Luther. Also, the service department is great. Luthers service department is a good experience also. You drive into the department and they take it from there. They also bring the vehicle back into the drive thru area so you don't have to venture out into the elements on a nasty day. They always vacuum and wash it for you too. Nice lounge to wait in with snacks, drinks and tvs. Lots of reading materials available so seems shorter time to wait. More
I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold for a very long time. After finally getting the appointment scheduled AND a confirmation email with the date and time I show up the day of my hold for a very long time. After finally getting the appointment scheduled AND a confirmation email with the date and time I show up the day of my appointment and they can't find me in the system. On thier end it's scheduled for the next day. Even though my email confirmation showed the current day. They did work at squeezing me in but the service advisor I spoke with barely made eye contact with me and you could tell he was annoyed with me because my appointment was for the next day - even though I showed him the confirmation email with today's date and time. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased from them a little over a year ago. It's been in for service once a month for something or other. It's very frustrating. And they never have the parts they need on hand. They always have to order the parts so I have to drop my car off a second time to resolve any problem. And yes they usually wash the car when they are done so when they don't, it's very noticable. The service is not consistant. Sometimes I get a friendly smile, car washed, bottle of water in my vehicle and coupons, sometimes I get nothing. On two occasions they have ordered the parts for my vehicle and said they would call when they arrived but no one called me. I ended up having to call in and check on it and found out they were there. I even have left messages with service advisors asking questions and for them to call me and no one ever got back to me. They also didn't explain to me when they sold me the vehicle that the CPO service plan only covers 4 oil changes a year not as many oil changes as you need in the 2 year/30,000 mile period. Very frustrating. More

I have always had good service from Luther. I purchased the vehicle from them and have had it serviced only by them so the records are easily accessible. One recommendation I would suggest is with the oil the vehicle from them and have had it serviced only by them so the records are easily accessible. One recommendation I would suggest is with the oil punch cards. Get rid of them and use the computer system. Since everything is run through the computer why not just let the customer know it is a free oil change rather than having to carry a key tag around? More

We purchased our vehicle from this dealership and continue to go there for any type of service needed. I'm not sure if it's just bad luck or what, but very rarely can I call them without having to wa continue to go there for any type of service needed.
