First car purchase. Salesperson refused to budge from original sticker price, low balled me on trade in. I needed the car, so I took the deal. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this dealer to another person. I'm still resentful that the salesperson made me pay full sticker price for a used car. Granted the car was CPO, still the fact remains that the salesperson was more concerned about lining his pockets. I realize that they are a business and want to make money, but I think they should of done better. The experience itself left me feeling taken advantage of. Time will tell if the car purchased is indeed everything they claim. If the car is truly on the up and up, I will most likely feel an overall satisfaction of the car I now own. More

Was told the part had to be ordered on Friday and would be in the shop on Monday or Tuesday and I would be notified. Received the call Tuesday morning, scheduled the repair on Wednesday afternoon. Took a little over an hour for the fix. Went to the car and found it washed and cleaned, ready to go. It was handled under warranty. Excellent response from Kevin Lindgren and his team. More
