No appointment, drop in repair Our vehicle had a number of warning lights late Sunday afternoon. I dropped off the vehicle first thing Monday with no appointment. I was immediately greeted, asked some quick questions, and directed to a Service Manager, Robb. Robb took my information on the warning light, on my warranty, and contact info. The vehicle was already heading back to the shop while we visited. I was offered a ride to work, which I accepted. About 1 hour later, I received a call from Robb on the issue, what would be covered under my warranty, and on what my expected portion of the repair cost. In another 1-1/2 I was called to let me know the repair was finished and the vehicle could be picked up. I was given my total, which was very close to the estimated repair. I stopped to make payment and to pick up the vehicle early that afternoon. Everything went smoothly and the communication was great. More

He then mentioned to me that i should consider bringing my turck to Luther GMC when I needed my next oil change. Several months later did just that and Paul McDonald helped me that day. The service was done promptly as I waited in the comforting customer lounge- had coffee, a breafast bar and a local newspaper was there for me to read. More
