Bought used '15 Gmc Sierra Oct 2016 then wife, used '13 GMC Acadia Denali. May 2017. Based upon good rebates and great trade values of Sales Manager Todd Brown, both of those back within a year. Oct 2017 got new '17 GMC Sierra All terrain X and most recently yesterday on March 31st 2018 a new 2018 GMC Acadia Denali. If your in need of a great salesman, I recommend Andrew Gorby. Mostly good Our overall experience was pretty good. I was frustrated by our salesman at first because he behaved as though he didn't know what to do after i said Our overall experience was pretty good. I was frustrated by our salesman at first because he behaved as though he didn't know what to do after i said i wanted to buy the car i had been looking at. He asked me what to do next. I found that to be very strange. Also, there was only one finance person, so we had to wait four hours to even get to him to start the paperwork. The worst part of our experience was when our salesman took us to fuel up our new car, he opened his door and slammed it into the concrete barrierand put an inch and a half long gouge in the rear driver side door. He looked at it and didn't say anything. When I asked him about it, he behaved as if he hadn't known it happened and offered to put touch up paint on it... so, now my brand new car has a huge gouge in the door and I have no way of fixing it without having to use my insurance. That's unprofessional and disappointing. More

I contacted them via their website and they responded immediately. Tom Carrier contacted me and invited me into the dealership and had the truck I wanted to test out waiting for me once I arrived. He was was very solid through the whole process. Tom took a personal approach in getting to know me and made me feel at ease and made it easy for me to purchase my new GMC Sierra pickup. Tom also did a great job of explaining the features of the truck. He also took the time to show me the service area when I need to come in for maintenance on my truck. Mark Carlson was good at explaining the purchase contract. He answered all the finance questions I had. I look forward to doing business with Luther GMC in the future. More
