The service manager explained my options. My car was basically dead and not worth investing additional monies. He then introduced me to Linda R. After listening to my harrowing experience, Linda said no problem. We discussed what I was looking for in my next car. She pulled out her paperwork and quickly identified a couple of options. The car she had in mind had just arrived (fleet car) and still needed to be cleaned. She quickly had me in a car that was very similar. A test drive and I told her to put a hold on the fleet car. A quick trip back to service to pick up a loaner and I was on my way. Linda's follow-up was outstanding. More

I had been talking to Linda Radue and she made herself immediately available the day I needed to select a car. I bought a 2013 VW CC sport sedan with much expert help from Linda. As a woman on here own, it was a delight to work with such competent women as Sandi and Linda. And the financing experience with Jacque was the icing on he cake. A very quick repair for a defective horn I lost a horn on my 2013 Golf R and wasn't able to get in to my selling dealer until this coming Monday. Strictly on a whim Friday afternoon August 1s I lost a horn on my 2013 Golf R and wasn't able to get in to my selling dealer until this coming Monday. Strictly on a whim Friday afternoon August 1st, I contacted Luther parts to see if they had a horn in stock. They did indeed, they referred me to the service desk who indicated that they had a slot open for me within the next hour. Wow!So Jasmine Quarter scheduled me in, I arrived within an hour, Sandy Fuller checked me in promptly and I relaxed in their very comfortable lounge. Within an hour or more quickly than they'd promised, "Technician number 746.........a very courteous young gentleman) had returned my car to me "fixed" and I was on my way home in time to beat Twin City rush hour traffic. You simply can't beat that kind of service and I don't know how one would improve upon it! Just as friendly, quick and efficient as they could be.............gotta love it! In this day and age and when getting "less" seems to be the general rule of thumb, getting "more" than promised really gets my attention. So Luther VW.......................thank you sincerely for exceptional service! More
check your wheels for scratches before and after…take photos I just read the review about the scratch on the rear wheel some one had. I also found a scratch on my wheel when I went to pick up my car. I had put air in the tire on the way to the dealer and saw no scratch. After service Big scratch! The dealer paid to paint it but could not figure out how it happened. They rotated the tires on only one side of the car and washed the wheels on only one side of the car. I did not ask for a tire rotation…Very odd More
These guys are the best. I waited for an alignment that was supposed to take 2 hours but only took 1.5. With this kind of service, I'll keep going back for service and maybe for a new dub some day but I sure love my "R" More

Sandie the service representative was courteous, professional, friendly and was genuinely interested in providing excellent service. I requested and was provided a loaner car (new VW Passat). The car was brought in to the garage to me instead of me looking for it outside (nice touch). I received a phone call when the car was ready. Sandie explained the work that had been completed on the car and addressed all of my questions with satisfaction. My car washed before I arrived and was brought in to the garage for me. I was offered coffee and cookies while there. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More
