I made my appt online and when I got to the service desk the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. He asked me the problem and I told him I went into that online but I again explained the probl the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. When he asked me where he could reach me I told him I would wait and he replied well this could take quite awhile and said he had no vehicle for me to use. He asked where I lived and I told him Ramsey which to him apparently made no difference. So I called a friend to come and pick me up and they also had to bring me back. Nobody at that desk knew what was going on and I felt like I was really an inconvience. I have never experienced this at a dealership before and I was really shocked because when I purchased my vehicle through Burnsville VW in August I had the best experience which I also did when I purchased my first Jetta back in 1998. The service department was a BIG disappointment! I will be bringing my Jetta to St Cloud for any further repairs which I'm sorry to say. More
