Luther Burnsville Volkswagen - Service Center

I made my appt online and when I got to the service desk the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. He asked me the problem and I told him I went into that online but I again explained the probl the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. He asked me the problem and I told him I went into that online but I again explained the problem. What was the point of making an appt online if none of this appeared on his computer screen? When he asked me where he could reach me I told him I would wait and he replied well this could take quite awhile and said he had no vehicle for me to use. He asked where I lived and I told him Ramsey which to him apparently made no difference. So I called a friend to come and pick me up and they also had to bring me back. Nobody at that desk knew what was going on and I felt like I was really an inconvience. I have never experienced this at a dealership before and I was really shocked because when I purchased my vehicle through Burnsville VW in August I had the best experience which I also did when I purchased my first Jetta back in 1998. The service department was a BIG disappointment! I will be bringing my Jetta to St Cloud for any further repairs which I'm sorry to say. More
