I was on my way to work. A check engine light came on my dash board. I immediately pulled over and called the service department at Burnsville Volkswagen. This was a Monday morning and I knew they would be busy. The gentleman I talked with said to bring it in and they would do their best to take a look at the car. When I arrived there. Ann recognized me right away from a previous visit quite awhile back. She explained where everything in the dealerships waiting room was for my comfort. She then got my vehicle. I waited for a little while. Ann then came and told me what the problem was. (A sensor.) She then offered me a loner car to get me to work. It this kind of personalized attention that I've come to really appreciate at this dealership. I have to say. I have purchased many new cars over the years. Until now they have never been from the same dealership. Its people like Ann that will make me come back and purchase again from Burnsville Volkswagon. Thank you for all your care and concern. I took my vehicle in for its 40,000 mile check up. I was told that they would have to have the vehicle for so long of a time period. I dropped off the car. My wife and I went shopping at a nearby shopping c told that they would have to have the vehicle for so long of a time period. I dropped off the car. My wife and I went shopping at a nearby shopping center. Then a couple of hours later I got a call saying the vehicle was ready. This was about an hour earlier than I expected it. When I got the bill. It was less then I expected. Jeremy took the time to explain everything they had found. There were a couple of lights out in the vehicle. They took care of those as well. I came in for a recall on my 2007 Beetle. I had talked to Steve about possibly trading it in for a vehicle with lower mileage on a previous visit. While I was waiting for service, I went over to Steve to ask Steve about possibly trading it in for a vehicle with lower mileage on a previous visit. While I was waiting for service, I went over to Steve to ask if he remembered me. He did! He said,"used red New Beetle, right?" Steve immediately checked to see if he had one for me to test drive. He did, and I am very happy with my trade for a 2009 red New Beetle! More
I have always had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I have leased my last two cars through them. Customer service is tops and so is service. Good Customer service, attentive. Give the best deal for the service thru coupons, maintenance credits. Very proactive. Listened to my issues and checked it out. I made my appt online and when I got to the service desk the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. He asked me the problem and I told him I went into that online but I again explained the probl the person checking me wasn't sure I had made an appt. When he asked me where he could reach me I told him I would wait and he replied well this could take quite awhile and said he had no vehicle for me to use. He asked where I lived and I told him Ramsey which to him apparently made no difference. So I called a friend to come and pick me up and they also had to bring me back. Nobody at that desk knew what was going on and I felt like I was really an inconvience. I have never experienced this at a dealership before and I was really shocked because when I purchased my vehicle through Burnsville VW in August I had the best experience which I also did when I purchased my first Jetta back in 1998. The service department was a BIG disappointment! I will be bringing my Jetta to St Cloud for any further repairs which I'm sorry to say. More
