I need to mention that I work across the street from another VW dealership that is less than 2 miles from our residence and did not consider them for a nanosecond. We happily drove much further to buy at Burnsville VW. That speaks volumes of my disappointment with West Side VW and our appreciation for Burnsville VW. They take excellent care of their vehicles and excellent care of their customers. Linda Radue was the sales rep who took care of us. She was able to get us the model Beetle we really wanted. When our car arrived, she helped us thorough the purchasing procedure. Her associate, Jacque Gradient was most efficient in setting up our loan agreement. When we were ready to drive away, Linda showed us the new features in our Beetle and even set up our phones to the blue tooth in our new car. This is a feature that is really super convenient. Every one should get this. I especially like knowing that my car will be kept in tip top shape. If anything should go wrong, they are right there. I can feel secure that my car will be taking me all the places I need to be. I have been with Luther Burnsville for 12 years. They have always been reliable. I can highly recommend this dealership. Before coming over to see your inventory, we made a call to Jacque in finance for questions. She was polite, informative, welcoming, encouraging - that in itself was the main reason we decided to come to Burnsville VW. Three days later we called her to say we'd like to come by. She enthusiastically invited us over. We also asked her to set us up with a salesperson she trusted and she said she'd have him waiting. Upon arrival to Burnsville VW, she greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. she then introduced us to Fram. What a terrific young man! He was welcoming and glad to see us as well! Superb eye contact, referred to us by name, had the vehicle ready to test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we had chosen to look at. He let us take the car for a spin, and was waiting when we returned. He had answers to our questions, offered us a beverage and snack, and took the time to treat us like he'd known us forever. That was key! Everyone knows that buying a car is not a fast transaction. Often, salepeople have several irons in the fire, and you feel left in the cold - ignored - until the cash is in hand. Not Fram - having him there to chat with us made the time go by faster than any experience before. Lastly, Bob rose in finance was incredible! He truly made us feel valued, and fought for us through every hoop. Had it not been for him, we would have left without a vehicle. When all was said in done, and the keys were in our hand, everyone involved - Jacque, Fram, and Bob were there to congratulate us and share in our happiness. Even hugs were exchanged!
