We have been looking at VWs for awhile and were interested in the TDI. We weren't sure we could afford the new TDI Passat like we wanted and stopped in. Jared stood out to us because he was friendly and relatable. He has years of experience with VW and he knows the car features inside and out. This has not been the case with other dealers we have talked to... The car is high-quality, fun to drive and will be providing us savings down the line on fuel costs. This was our overall goal. The very first day we drove it about 120 miles and only used a quarter tank! I would recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. We typically take advantage of fleet deals, and we did have the option to do that, but we opted to go with Jared because of his friendly nature and how helpful he was. To be honest, I've never liked car sales people. They've always been too pushy for me. He appeared to have our best interest at the forefront of making a sale that would, of course, benefit him. We are long time Volkswagen fans, so we knew coming into the point of sale what we wanted. It was nice to see that John was knowledgeable about the product and was very willing to help us out with any and all our questions. As we were leaving, he was also willing to help us out if we needed servicing of the vehicle...all we had to do was call him. I liked that.
