As for the service department, my cars have always come back clean with no issues in a timely manner, which is way more than I can say for the Volkswagen service department I dealt with in CO! I wonder if their customers take for granted how well these mechanics do their work, being spoiled as we are. I know it took having bad experiences at other VW dealership shops to realize that not every VW shop is created equally. I have bought 3 cars from them, but this was my first brand new car. Linda was my saleswoman and she was so awesome. She went above and beyond her job! She not only helped me figure out how to download my contacts from my cell phone, but also helped me clean out my dirty car (trade-in) and switch all my stuff to my new car. She is always smiling and always looking for ways to help me. They even called my house about 2 months later to let me know that one of the technicians found a nest of mice in my used car truck under the pad and to make sure I got rid of them so they don't infest my new car. Needless to say, traps were set and mice are gone! Jeremy has always tremendously helped me when I brought in my old cars as well as new. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything to me. He is friendly and will also go above and beyond, by showing me stuff on my car to help me for example, when snowing or when it is going to snow, put your wipers in the up position so when it snows, they are not snowed-in and frozen. This has proven to be extremely helpful numerous times and a must for MN. There are many many more examples but these are just a few for my favorite people at Burnsville VW. As a side note, the GM, Jay Radue, has always greeted me when I come in if he is available and is also always thinking of ways to help me if he can. I just can't say enough great things about this dealership! More
