I went in looking for a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. I was in a unique situation, wherein I was to take a 3 month leave, a 16 hour drive away in about 8 days from my first meeting with Linda. I explained what I wa unique situation, wherein I was to take a 3 month leave, a 16 hour drive away in about 8 days from my first meeting with Linda. I explained what I was looking for (I'm quite particular), and of course, desiring a manual transmission in a black Jetta S, I was looking for a rare specimen in deed. Before revealing that I had to leave in 8 days, I was told that it may take a few weeks to find the car and have it delivered from another VW dealer's lot. Not only did she obtain the car in but a few days, but they even had the plates ordered and ready for me before the weekend, so that my wife and I could spend some quality time before my 3 month absence. I have been very impressed by Linda's willingness to really go the extra mile! More

I bought an Audi A3 from this dealership. They were great and allowed me to take the vehicle for a long test drive. I was able to poke and prod the vehicle on my own accord. I financed my purchase th great and allowed me to take the vehicle for a long test drive. I was able to poke and prod the vehicle on my own accord. I financed my purchase through VW and that was a great experience. No hassles whatsoever. The only issue I had, which was disgusting, was when my sales guy got me coffee, he used his pen to stir my coffee. Needless to say, I didn't drink any of it. Other than that, the experience was great. More
