Laying in bed the evening after we had just purchased our 2013 Passat TDI, my wife and I looked at each other and said can you believe that we, not only enjoyed buying a car, but we actually had fun. Everyone we dealt with worked hard to get us in the right car for us. From the moment we stepped in the door I could tell it was about our satisfaction and not the bottom line. If you give great service your not going to have a problem selling cars. I would recommend Luther Burnsville Volkswagen over and over again, as a mater of fact I will. More

Rich took care of me and my parents (who bought a car the same day) wonderfully. I highly recommend him and the dealership. After having a poor experience at another dealership (another Manufacturer), I was so pleased with the level of customer service I received from Linda Radue and everyone At Burnsville VW! Linda was such a professional , no-pressure, genuinely sweet woman, (who happened to sell me a car) I look forward to this new friendship/partnership I have with her and the BV VW. I had leased a Toyota a few years ago and last spring I wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. At the recommendation of a family friend, we visited Linda to see what our options wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. At the recommendation of a family friend, we visited Linda to see what our options would be, unfortunately i was too far upside down in my lease to make it work. I checked back one more time and decided I needed to wait until spring of 2013. All 3 times, Linda worked with us, we were greeted as friend greet friends. She extended every courtesy to us and provided us with great customer service. In November or 2012, our son was looking to get into a new vehicle, we told him to go see all that Volkswagen has to offer and told him to speak with Linda. LInda worked with him and got him into a brand new Jetta. I would not hesitate in referring Luther Burnsville Volkswagen to anyone that is looking to lease/purchase a new car. More
