A couple of years ago, I had purchased a new Volkswagen from Mike at a different dealership. It was a great client experience and I planned on being a loyal, lifetime repeat customer. When I learned Mike was no longer at this location, I wasn’t too hopeful that a mutually beneficial deal could be reached. I left the dealership that evening disheartened and extremely annoyed dealerships continue to operate and portray the ‘slick, slimy, untrustworthy’ car salesman persona of yesteryear. Ugh! So, with a little internet investigation I was able to locate Mike. I made the initial contact and Mike responded immediately.
