I had been talking to Linda Radue and she made herself immediately available the day I needed to select a car. I bought a 2013 VW CC sport sedan with much expert help from Linda. A very quick repair for a defective horn I lost a horn on my 2013 Golf R and wasn't able to get in to my selling dealer until this coming Monday. Strictly on a whim Friday afternoon August 1s I lost a horn on my 2013 Golf R and wasn't able to get in to my selling dealer until this coming Monday. Strictly on a whim Friday afternoon August 1st, I contacted Luther parts to see if they had a horn in stock. They did indeed, they referred me to the service desk who indicated that they had a slot open for me within the next hour. Wow!So Jasmine Quarter scheduled me in, I arrived within an hour, Sandy Fuller checked me in promptly and I relaxed in their very comfortable lounge. Within an hour or more quickly than they'd promised, "Technician number 746.........a very courteous young gentleman) had returned my car to me "fixed" and I was on my way home in time to beat Twin City rush hour traffic. You simply can't beat that kind of service and I don't know how one would improve upon it! Just as friendly, quick and efficient as they could be.............gotta love it! In this day and age and when getting "less" seems to be the general rule of thumb, getting "more" than promised really gets my attention. I had heard Linda was a great person to work with, and, she lives up to that reputation. I wanted the experience of buying a new car by myself (without my husband's guidance) and I didn't want to work with a pushy salesperson. I'm so glad I worked with Linda. She was attentive to what I wanted from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove my new vw off the lot, I also know she will be available to me if I have any questions, concerns or problems with my vehicle. Linda goes above and beyond and provides excellent service. In a heartbeat, I would buy another car from her. In the future I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Tom Walsh in financing is also great and easy to work with. He is efficient and works quickly to get things processed. More

Couldn't have gone beter We stopped in for a test drive after doing a great deal of homework on mid-sized sedans and choosing the Passat. We weren't ready to buy that day but I knew we would be in a few weeks. When we were ready, I called Linda Radue who happened to be on her day off but she came in anyway to work with us. She was very patient as we spent hours taking our time evaluating the option packages and relative value of each trim level. There was absolutely no pressure. After we got the deal done she was still there to walk us through all the options and set up on the vehicle. All on her day off. On the finance side Jacque Gadient was very thorough going through the warranties, and extra options without being at all pushy. She was very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier about how the buying experience went. And as previous VW owners we are pretty sure we will also be happy with the vehicle. More
