Best dealership in the business! We stopped in just to check out the Jetta wagon before heading to the Honda dealer. We ended up test driving the wagon and then a Passat. Kayla was so helpful during the process and really took the time to show us everything that makes the Volkswagen brand so special. Well we never made it to the Honda dealer and we left with the Passat. We couldn't be happier in our choice of vehicles. Adam Cote made buying my new Jetta easy I brought in my 2006 Hyundai in hopes of looking for a newer, more reliable car. After exploring the lot for a couple minutes, Adam walked up and offered his services. Believe it or not, it wasn't your typical awkward encounter with a car salesman. He was respectful, honest, and actually listened to what I had to say. I am a first time Volkswagen customer with and knew very little about their cars so having a knowledgeable car salesman who wasn't trying to pull a quick one on my was very satisfying. He ended up answering the 20+ questions I had, most of them fairly easy to answer, but a few were difficult. Once he sold me on the car, the paperwork process was simple-I was out within the hour. I'd recommend going to this specific dealership to my friends and would definitely recommend buyers go through Adam. I should also add-Luke Klingson helped me while Adam was taking care of another customer. He was helpful, too! More
Wonderful Experience at Burnsville VW My wife's Tiguan had some major issues and was towed to Burnsville VW for repair. We found out it was going to cost upwards of $6,000 to fix. Luckily, My wife's Tiguan had some major issues and was towed to Burnsville VW for repair. We found out it was going to cost upwards of $6,000 to fix. Luckily, we purchased the additional insurance policy when we bought the car. Unfortunately, the insurance company was not willing to cover the repair stating that the issue was not part of the purchased policy. Luckily, Sandie Fuller in the service center made a few calls to the insurance company, had a representative come out to the shop, and was able to get them to cover the claim... in full! Sandie was very helpful during the few weeks that the car was in the shop- calling me daily with updates and emotional support! She was even able to put us in a 2014 Jetta rental at no additional cost. My wife loved the Jetta and when the Tiguan repairs were complete, we spoke to Linda Radue about trading it in for a new Jetta. Linda was great, running the numbers for us and helping us determine which car/ lease option was the best fit. We knew Linda would be very helpful as we purchased the Tiguan from her a few years back and were extremely satisfied with the level of service she provided. In just a few hours, Linda took the Tiguan on trade and we drove off in a brand new 2014 Jetta! We also worked with Tom in the finance department. Tom did a great job explaining the lease to us and working with VW on financing options. Overall, my wife and I are extremely impressed with the Luther Burnsville VW group and would gladly go back for our next purchase. More

My car was no longer worth the cost to fix it and I needed something affordable, but also wanted to really like what I was investing money into. Linda took the time to run through all the options with me and gave me several options on what I could afford with my budget. She was never pushy and it didn't feel like the typical sales experience that comes to mind when having to go car shopping. She was very attentive, took the time to answer all of my questions and even brought up things that I hadn't even thought to ask. It felt like she was really working for me and getting me the best deal she possibly could. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. More

The service manager explained my options. My car was basically dead and not worth investing additional monies. He then introduced me to Linda R. After listening to my harrowing experience, Linda said no problem. We discussed what I was looking for in my next car. She pulled out her paperwork and quickly identified a couple of options. The car she had in mind had just arrived (fleet car) and still needed to be cleaned. She quickly had me in a car that was very similar. A test drive and I told her to put a hold on the fleet car. A quick trip back to service to pick up a loaner and I was on my way. Linda's follow-up was outstanding. More

I am professional, single mom who loves a nice and dependable car but am also frugal since I only have one income. I began my search on the internet and began speaking with Linda via email. I really wanted to work out a lot of the details before making the hour drive there. Many other people I spoke with wouldn’t put the time in to give me all the details, but Linda emailed me every single detail I had asked for. I have worked with many car sales people over the years, all of them men and most of them seemed to want to play the game of “I have to go ask my sales manager, he/she will never go for that!” or “ What can we do to put you behind the wheel today!!?” I hate playing games and think it’s ridiculous that people still use such slimy and disgusting sales tactics. All I wanted was a person who would listen and give me a straight-up good deal without wasting my time and trying to get every last penny out of me. Linda does not use those bad tactics and in fact is a sincere, sweet, smart and honest person who cares about you. She worked on my behalf and got me exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted to be at. I had many of the details worked out via email before I even went there. When you are a single woman walking into a dealership without a guy, you can easily be taken advantage of. Working out the details via email with Linda gave me the confidence to know what I was getting into. With this information in hand, I drove to Burnsville for the test drive. Linda gave me the royal treatment. I drove several cars and finally narrowed it down to the one I wanted and then once I found it, she worked out a good deal for me. Then after making the purchase, she went over every single detail of the car with me, from helping me sync my Bluetooth to helping me move my stuff out of the old car to showing me how to use every single function on the car. I was unaware that such amazing sales people as Linda existed, especially in the car world. I was smiling as I sat there at Linda’s desk as one repeat customer after another came by to say hello to her. That’s the kind of person she is; people just want to work with her and they keep coming back. I only wish more people could understand like Linda does, that people just want to be treated right and to get a good deal, and they don’t want to play games. Thank you Linda, for making my VW buying experience beyond amazing. I am so excited about my new Jetta SE! Linda also had Sarah helping her, and I must add Sarah is a complete delight to work with as well. Chris in financing was great too. More
