When I arrived he met me at the vehicle and went over some specifics with me. After a great test drive he went and obtained the inspection report and walked me through it. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle and allowed me to take my time. He continued to help and assist me throughout the process and got me a good deal. 2012 Passat Came in looking for a used late model Passat TDI. There was one available, Rich met us in the lot and showed us a 2012 Passat. We took it for a drive. Went home, called the next day stated we would like to purchase the car, after getting the financing we came back and picked up the car and it took about 1.5 hrs from the time we got there until we were driving home. 2012 Passat I finally found a car that would suit my needs on the Burnsvle VW website. I called and talked with the salesman John. I walked in and was greeted by a number of salesmen. They found John for me and we went for a test drive. Loved the car! I could not pick up the car until the following Friday.
