We struggled with it and took it back 3 or 4 times and they ran it through their service department and couldn't find anything wrong with it. After the 3rd and 4th time (those were back to back days) it left my wife stranded I said lets get rid if it. I didn't get any hesitation from her as it was a very cold night in Minnesota and she had just started a new job. I talked to Linda on Tuesday night and she came in on her day off to meet me so I could find something for my wife. I test drove a couple cars and she gave me a loaner, no charge so I could get to my unusually busy day. After work Linda met me so I could pick one of the 3 cars I looked at. We had gotten the paperwork and financing done during the day so it would be quicker for everyone in the evening. Linda and Jacque made my hectic day less of a problem and my wife and I really appreciate that! More

We had car shopped seriously about 2 weeks but were not in a big hurry to buy - I felt immediately 'at home' when she came out to greet me. I appreciated being able to review the van in the warm service area (it was a February evening). My husband spent a couple hours the following day test driving. The dealership took pride in their building, their employees and delivering a car that was in stellar condition. I feel we got a great value purchasing a Routan. I show dogs and many of my friends drive vans - none of them have a Routan. I can't wait to show it off the next time I see them at a show. Linda --watch for some referrals!!! More

Great service, great product at a fair price It was time for me to purchase a new (used) car. I was considering a GTi. I knew that it has a lot of competition from Ford, Mazda, Subaru and so fort It was time for me to purchase a new (used) car. I was considering a GTi. I knew that it has a lot of competition from Ford, Mazda, Subaru and so forth. You have to understand that despite not being the "cheapest" or fastest small car, you do buy a VW GTi for different reasons. Fit and finish, heritage, better styling come to mind (read the car publications, a top pick almost every year)........We can now add Customer Service to this list. Linda was brilliant, she showed me a Candy White 2014 GTi. After completing the test Drive I knew I wanted the car. Linda did a great job explaining the warranty on this Certified car. Also gave me a rundown from Carfax for my piece of mind. Once all the paperwork was complete I was given an in depth training session on the electronics in the car. I received a follow up call a few days later to make sure all was well. All this for a used car!!! All in all the overall experience was truly exceptional from everyone at Burnsville VW - A special thanks to Linda and Jay for all the assistance they provided. More

My sales rep showed me how to operate every feature of the car. I was buy myself and did not trade in a vehicle, my sale rep made arrangement where a service tech would drive my Passat home as I drove my other vehicle home. It was very convenient as I did need to contact a family member or friend to help me get my other vehicle home. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Burnsville Volkswagen. More
