The employees At Luther Volkswagen, Burnsville were very helpful and went (in my opinion) above and beyond what I expected to help get me into the right car. I worked with Kyle both times I stopped out to look at vehicles and he was knowledgeable and more than happy to spend time with me looking at cars on the lot, discussing my personal wants/needs, and letting me drive several cars that I was looking at. Given my situation with the totalled car/insurance dealings still up in the air, I wasn't sure I would be able to make anything work. But these guys worked with me and my bank and helped me make a deal. I love the car and the price I paid for it! Would not hesitate to return to Luther VW of Burnsville or refer a friend/family member there. More
