The experience from the moment we arrived and met Rick was great. I was given several options based on my price point. I was made to feel very comfortable and the prices were set so I didn't have to argue and bargain. After the purchase, Rick walked me through the dealership and introduced me to the service people, I got business cards, etc. and then Rick explained the features on the car to me. It was the first time I had met her but I felt as though I had a friend helping m It was an absolute pleasure buying my new GLI from Linda yesterday. It was the first time I had met her but I felt as though I had a friend helping me through the process. She was attentive, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which is what I want in a salesperson. She also pays attention to details. For example, as we were sitting in the car going over everything, there was a very small piece of new-car plastic wrapping around the emergency break that we were unsuccessfully trying to rip loose. I said it was not a big deal at all and that I would take care of it when I got home and could grab a scissors. We proceeded to finish all the set-up and said good-buy but before I could pull away, she came running back out of the dealership with a scissors and hopped back into the car to take care of it…..just a small example of going above and beyond to be sure I was completely satisfied. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Oh, and Jay Radue, the General Manager, spent time chatting with me while we were waiting for the finance folks to finish up and he’s a great guy too!! It was just an overall wonderful experience.
