I expressed interest in the car through the website and was promptly contacted by Linda Radue. We arranged a time for a test drive and when we arrived at the store the car was up front and ready to go. Linda was professional, personable and patient during the process as my wife and I debated back and forth between 2 different vehicles. Her knowledge of the product made the process smooth and efficient. What really stands out was the attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were satisfied. It was quite late once the financing paperwork was finished, but Linda took the extra time before we left to walk us through the car options and assist with getting the satellite radio and blue tooth set up. I don't generally write reviews but in this case, I can't not share my experience. I highly recommend Burnsville VW and Linda Radue. More
