Thank you for bringing your Atlas in for service. I apologize that we did not meet your service expectations. You brought your vehicle in with a concern of pulling to the right while driving that started after your previous service with us which included a tire rotation. We were able to get your vehicle into the shop without an appointment to recheck the brake and maintenance work that we had performed previously. After test driving and confirming that there was a slight pull to the right we found that the pull was caused by uneven wear on your tires. We rotated your tires back to the original position at no charge to you which alleviated the pulling condition. Again I apologize for the hour and a half wait you had while we diagnosed the issue with your vehicle.
