Twice have left my vehicle there and have been told it would be reviewed and looked at within 2 days and both times it has exceeded that timeframe before being looked at. Both times now it has exceeded a week to get my car serviced and returned. I am still waiting now on the since 0900 on the 12th of September when I dropped off the vehicle too 1pm now on the 20th of September to even have my vehicle inspected for the issue I brought it in for. The only time I have been contacted about 2:30pm on Friday to tell me they have not even looked at it. I am now contacting management to try and understand how this could take this long. Bonnie Rood would not connect me to the manager or his voicemail and was requiring more information then my name and phone number for him to call me back. Even began visiting my car's information and calling it off to me when I did not want to talk to her about my car, I wanted the manager to call me. This is not good customer service. Bonnie should listen to the customers requests not require them to give more information than they are expressing need for. If you ask to be called back because you wont connect someone, taking their name and phone number is all they give you, don't pursue more. The customer is not asking for you to assist them, they want who they are asking for. More
Our car was fixed, the pick up and drop off experience was pleasant. The video walk through of the car being fixed was overkill as well as the amount of contact kept. The only thing I’m bummed out about, is I didn’t get a sticker for my oil change. I wanted that $400 sticker!! 400 bucks cause it was a full inspection and more than an oil change. We are not happy that we had to pay for three diagnostics in 2023 in a short amount of time and we also had to pay for two alignments. That should’ve been taken care of in one service call. We had a boot replacement and then later a spring went bad. also, any time we had to replace a part we were asked if we wanted OEM or aftermarket which seem to be about $100 difference when we ask for the OEM we were told that they didn’t know how long it would take so we were talked into the aftermarket on a couple of occasions, I think we spent $7000 if we would’ve known that we had to bring the car three times and all the costs with it we may have thought differently about this brookdale used the emergency brake two of the three times that I dropped off and picked up and I was told not to use it in the first time I picked up the car the center compartment between the driver and passenger side latch was broken off, laying in the back of my car and the visor on the passenger side was broken not too happy especially about the cost and having to drop it off three different times More
