I had purchased a used car, and paid for the middle warranty package that included the under car protection coating. The first time I was scheduled, no one showed up or contacted me. I tried to contact Boune for at least two weeks with no return calls. My second appt, I learned that the place does not come at 9am as expected. So I coordinated dropping my car off myself. Seems like there is a disconnect between Luther Volkswagen and the place in Hopkins that does the work. It was an attempt at white glove service that, failed to end up that way. Glad that process is over 6 weeks after I purchased my car! More

I’m sure the service work performed at the facility is excellent. I had a problem with the salesman. He couldn’t grasp that. I only wanted to deal with the one item I went there for. He kept trying to sel excellent. I had a problem with the salesman. He couldn’t grasp that. I only wanted to deal with the one item I went there for. He kept trying to sell me all kinds of service. I asked him several times to not do that and let me just walk away with the item that I wanted. He would not have it. He continue to sell me and sell me. I asked him more than once please don’t go there because I’m not interested in other service other than what I came for. That didn’t stop him so I chose not to use their service department and they probably wouldn’t go there to buy a car either. A salesman above all should be listening to the customer. After that the service manager called me at home and talk about my experience. After I explained it to him, he had no problems with what the salesman was doing. So the problem goes all the way to the top. More

I scheduled the vehicle to be in at 8. When I arrived I was advisred that the appointement is just to drop off the car. They woud not be able to look at it until the next day. Before the car was diagnosed for the problem it was brought in, time was spent upselling me. I would have been more likely to go for the upsell if I was told what was wrong with the car for the reason I brought it in. However, I was not told what was wrong with the car for the reason it was brought in until abotu 2 hours later. Answer the primary question first and then go for the upsell. More
