Should have used Luther in the first place. My car broke down late at night and I had it towed to a private shop close by on the recommendation of a coworker. They quote, unquote "fixed the pr My car broke down late at night and I had it towed to a private shop close by on the recommendation of a coworker. They quote, unquote "fixed the problem". I didn't even make it out the parking space of the shop! The car was there another week as they diagnosed the engine misfire issue. They had the car another week before declaring it "repaired" l. Picked the car up, drove it three days before the problems returned requiring it to be yet again. This time I had it towed to Luther VW in Brooklyn Center, working with William in the service department. Their technician quickly discovered the issue, performed the repairs and also gave the car a bumper to bumper inspection catching a few items the other shop missed. They've restored my confidence in knowing my car is roadworthy and won't leave me stranded. I should have had it towed to the dealership the first time! Lesson learned. More
