I bought my used car from this dealership and felt I was treated fairly and honestly. I have brought my car in for service at this dealership only because it was still under warranty. As most dealers, they are more expensive than the mechanic I normally use, although their customer service is usually more flexible because they have more employees and longer hours. Their coupons for oil changes that are emailed to me are usually a good deal and they always give my car a washing as well, which most cheaper places do not do. Their service is great, but because the price is higher at Luther Mazda, I will bring my car to my old mechanic unless I have a warranty issue or to use a discount oil change coupon. More

I have had my Galant for just short of 8 yrs. and I would say that 99% of service on my car has been done at this dealership. They are knowledgable and friendly. The work is generally done in the time period that they quote and up to this date I have not had to return because something is not done properly. I love going to Luther Brookdale Mazda for service with my Mazda 6. They are definitely not the closest Mazda dealership to my home but I have been bringing my car to them since the purchase of my car and my Mazda 6. I had car trouble in the horrible heat. There was nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. I checked the flashing light in my car's manual to understand it w nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. He explained my battery could be dead or the chip in my key was not recognized by my car. When I tried to jump the car and that didn't work, I called Tim back. The service department had already closed and since Tim was still in the building he accepted my call and hooked me up with a towing company that would bring my car to their dealership. Throughout the years (this is my second Mazda), I have been very pleased with the service I get at Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi and would most certainly recommend them without reservation! More
