Great Customer Service From Kevin! Me and my family are heading down to our hometown in NM for a funeral. Tried to over charge me. I'm driving 60 miles round trip to take advantage of my 3 free oil changes. I told the gal that checked me in I just wanted the oil changed. She sugge I'm driving 60 miles round trip to take advantage of my 3 free oil changes. I told the gal that checked me in I just wanted the oil changed. She suggested my rotating the tires. I thought that was part of the new owners package. She did not say there was a charge. When they were done, she presented me with a $75 bill. She went off in a huff, came back and deducted the oil change. I said I was only here to get the "new owner" special. And, that you didn'the tell me there was a charge for the tire rotation. There were other people waiting to check out....it was embarrassing. More
