Costly Repair The exterior mirror was torn loose from my auto. It was not broken, just torn loose and hanging. This was probably not directly the fault of the dealer, yet they had to take the door apart to remove the mirror and take it apart again to install the new mirror. Plus the cost of the mirror, I paid $381.53 for this minor repair. It seems quite excessive to me. The person, Tran, I worked with was very nice and helpful. But, $381.53? More

5 recalls I brought my car in for 5 recalls, when I picked up my car the first time there was sticky gunk all over the inside of the windshield and my car stere I brought my car in for 5 recalls, when I picked up my car the first time there was sticky gunk all over the inside of the windshield and my car stereo didn’t work anymore. Also, my exhaust was way louder. I brought it back to all get fixed. The exhaust was bolted together but still extremely loud. The muffler fell off the next day and I just paid somebody else to fix it since I want nothing to do with this dealership anymore. More
