They litterally haven’t messed up even one thing and have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy as a customer every step of the way. Plus the people at the service center are awesome and super helpful! And even when they are really busy they never act like it which I’ve always appreciated! More

I checked in with service at my oil change appointment, they asked how I liked the car. I stated I love the car but hate the paint it seems a new chip in paint every time I drive it. Since I wash it by hand weekly I notice paint defects more often than most. They said call corporate so I did. Then corporate said oh let me find the nearest dealer to set an appointment go have paint checked. I said I am getting an oil change already so I am at a dealer now, the service adviser told me to call corporat. So anyway they had to wash car to check paint and I said make sure to handwashing because I have a ceramic coating on the car and automatic car washes will ruin the coating. They said no problem they will have detailer wash by hand. Got car back was told paint is bubbling and they told me to wait for mazda corporate to call in about 10 business days never heard from them, got no receipt or description in writing of what was happening to paint, I did however see pictures of all the chips they took and so I called corporate I said I was waiting on call back but never heard they said o didnt the dealer tell u that day about the paint I said yes but they told me that i was going to hear from corporate so i was waiting on a call and never heard from corporate so I called. The lady I spoke to stated ya it's normal chipping from driving I said oh really cuz I was told it was bubbling and looked like something was pushing the paint off. Also the detailer that washed my car put a bunch of swirls in paint, mazda corporate didnt seem to care even said I have pictures. I got most of the swirls out form a buffer but wouldnt recomend this dealer to touch ur car unless it's for a regular service. Definitely dont let them touch ur car at the detailer. After mazda said from corporate I tried contacting my service advisor since she is the one who informed me of the defect in paint and she never called back. I gave 2 stars for not returning my call for Jen. I find it odd to figure out if something is wrong with paint they just take pics and send to corporate. I could had taken pics and sent them to corporate since one person at dealer says it's a paint defect then corporate says oh looks like chipping to me. They r just trying to cover things up since they dont want to recall a bunch of cars. Probably didnt prime the vehicle or something. I said yes to service only because they seem eager to help and have not had an issue with the service for maintaining vehicle. More
Great service department Brought my vehicle in for the auto start installation. Got a rental vehicle while they did it. Employees where cordial and nice. No communication First time I brought my car in it was supposed to be done that day. No one called me with what the problem was. Then no call I called the next and was told they got in the wrong part and it would be done that day and someone would call. No phone call i just went in the next morning.got my car I was not happy. The repair lasted less the a week. More

Not so sure I brought my car in for several things. I found out the they sold me a car without going over it and doing the recalls and service that it needed. Now brought it in again for the same problem and still not fixed. I shouldn't have to bring a car in 3 times for the same problem. Not sure I can trust them. More
