Two weeks after the appointment, attempted to inflate the tires due to low pressure indicator light coming on but could not get two of the valve caps off. Had to resort to a pair of pliers and was able to eventually loosen one of the caps but the other cap would not budge. Exerted a bit more twisting pressure, still not moving and then the valve stem broke. The mechanic twisted the valve caps on so tightly that it was beyond finger tight or mis-threaded the caps. This screams of a mechanic who is not paying attention to the small details. More

Chad gave me a great price on my trade in and within a few hours I drove away with a new Mazda CX-9. Zoom zoom. Thanks to the entire sales team they made my new car buying experience fun and easy.
