Auto start install The service department was very personable and got me set-up with a loaner car while mine was having the auto start installed. I liked the e-mail sent The service department was very personable and got me set-up with a loaner car while mine was having the auto start installed. I liked the e-mail sent notifying me as well as a phone call to my cell that my vehicle was done. I also like the Mazda mobile application that shows my vehicle record and allows me to request /schedule service. One suggestion I have regarding the auto start install would be to provide an overview on how it works or better user instructions post install. I had to call the shop to ask questions about how it worked as the model installed did not have a user manual available online. But, thus far, each encounter with any Mazda staff has been excellent! So thank you! More

I think it makes good sense to have technicians trained in specific brands and models working on today's highly sophisticated vehicles. They have the right parts and the experience to ensure an accurate diagnosis and resolution of any problem. It might cost more than the fast oil change places but in the long run you pay less and get more reliability for your money. Nobody touches my Mazda except the Mazda experts! More

Disappointed I am very disappointed with your service department. I bought my 2016 CX5 January 2016. Right away after I took the vehicle home, I noticed a vibra I am very disappointed with your service department. I bought my 2016 CX5 January 2016. Right away after I took the vehicle home, I noticed a vibration/cracking noise underneath when driving in residential streets 20-30 MPH. I brought the vehicle back after a month for a check. Your service technicians said he found a loose bracket and he said he fixed it. I took the vehicle home and the same noise was still there. I brought back after couple months later. This time they couldn’t find anything at all. Last July 2018 I brought the vehicle back for the third time for the same noise. Your technician said it was the unbalance tires caused it and told me it was fixed. I took the vehicle home and it was still not fixed. The noise is still there. I thought it could be the tires as your service department told me so a month ago I bought a brand new set of tires for it and the noise is still there. Yesterday, Dec 5th I brought the vehicle back. This time I was told that the vehicle has more than 36,000 miles and it is no longer under warranty. I have to pay to fix the vehicle. This is the same vibration noise problem that I brought in 3 times that didn’t get fixed. I am so disappointed. I want a call from a manager or I may have to take this to the media. More

Not sure what service consultants did. Went in for oil change and brake job on 2012 lancer es. No complaints about brake job, oil change was supposed to be synthetic oil change and no wher Went in for oil change and brake job on 2012 lancer es. No complaints about brake job, oil change was supposed to be synthetic oil change and no where on work order said synthetic.. talked to consultant and he said it was. I asked why the mileage sticker on windshield was only 3000 miles before next oil change. Also two days later the tire pressure light come on and they all average 28 to 29 pounds. The door panel says 36 pounds front and back. I have bought 7 new cars from Luther (6 Toyota’s and 1 Mitsubishi). Never had a problem with Luther except this dealership. Could have been a bad day at that shop that day. Thanks More
