Horrible!! Bad experience all around. Had an appointment for an oil chance, tire rotation and a new FAST key programed for my car. After a two hour wait with no Bad experience all around. After a two hour wait with no communication from anyone the service tech says "just to give you an update on your car". I replied "what? just get my out of here, I have been here two hours for service that should have taken 45 minutes: So after another 20 minutes my car is finished and I realize part of my key chain is missing. Someone broke my key chain and it is of my opinion that they tried to hide it from my and send me on my way. Kevin did the best he could with how busy he was but there has to be better communication between service and customers. More

Day-of experience was fine. Everything else poor. I called in December regarding a recall and was informed the part was on backorder. Was told that I would be called to schedule in 1-2 weeks once the I called in December regarding a recall and was informed the part was on backorder. Was told that I would be called to schedule in 1-2 weeks once the part came in. That call never came. I called back a month later and the part was available at that time and I was able to schedule the recall as well as well as some time for other items. On the day of the repairs, I asked for a body work estimate and was told that they could only fit it in if I was submitting to insurance. Annoying. My car was ultimately with you for 2 full days for service, and that wasn't sufficient time to complete an estimate for body work. Very annoying that the body shop would have made the time to do the estimate if I was submitting to insurance, but wasn't willing to do the estimate if I was paying out of pocket. I went to your competitors and they were able to provide written estimates for the work in 30 minutes or less. I guess I'll be going to them for those repairs. More

When I need service, I schedule early in the AM and drop my car on my way to work. My experience has been great. I’m always greeted right away, handed a warm car and back on the road in minutes.
