Missed it by that much. Hi I have leased something like 6 straight Mazda's from this dealership. I would think it basic marketing horse sense that if you have a loyal, repeat customer "in the house" you'd make sure the sales rep, the sales manager, the general manager, somebuddy would come say hi, and let us know when you want new wheels, an upgrade or whatever. In this day and age, when customers pre-qualify a business through internet research, and do much less 'showroom shopping' having a chance to interact with a repeat customer is a golden opportunity. Miss When I came in for the oil change I asked for a tire rotation, and I am very happy to pay for that, but nope, it never happened, I know I asked for it, Why didn't it get done? Miss I tend to think that maybe the dealership is trying to tell me they don't really need my business, and that's OK, surprising to me as who advises and invests in new companies all the time. But it's Mr. Luther's dealership not mine.. I'll take my business elsewhere if that is what you want. I hope to hear from you, in a written letter, not a phone call. If not, I get the message. And I truly hope you have the wisdom to see that this is not a complaint in which management upbraids an employee, this is a teaching moment for the entire dealership. Every face to face customer interaction is a massive opportunity, to listen, to impress, to keep a customer, Don't MISS it! Thanks for the memories. More
Great Customer Service I called in and made an appointment for some routine maintenance on my Outlander Sport. They said it would take about 90 min. In took about 2 1/2 ho I called in and made an appointment for some routine maintenance on my Outlander Sport. They said it would take about 90 min. In took about 2 1/2 hours. They were extremely busy that day, so I could understand it taking longer than expected. The service tech came to me and told me because it took so much longer than quoted that there would be no charge for the service. Now that is what I call great customer service! Thank you and I will be back. More
Charged me for their mistake I had my usual oil change and car checkup. I asked them to check my brakes, which they did. In that process, the mechanic broke off a tire stem and l I had my usual oil change and car checkup. I asked them to check my brakes, which they did. In that process, the mechanic broke off a tire stem and lug nut. It was not due to corrosion. They then charged me to replace the stem and lug nut. I told them that it was the mechanics error, and that I felt I should not be charged to replace it. They charged me anyway More

I brought it back to the original d After almost 5 years of unrelenting trouble free driving, the "Check Engine" light came on on my Outlander sport. I brought it back to the original dealer, as they have been doing all my oil changes, tire rotations and recently installed a new set of tires. My schedule was booked up that week, so I dropped it off at night and left the keys in the overnight service box for my appointment the following morning. Dallas Adams got a hold of me right away the next morning to give me the update on the vehcile, just a bad sensor. The car would be ready long before I could pick it up. It was not a problem, they accomodated me in picking up the completed vehicle on my schedule. The online booking and reminders for appointments is easy and helpful. More

Lack of Service I recently purchased a new vehicle and had additional features added. They provided me a rental at no cost, however I never got notified that my vehic I recently purchased a new vehicle and had additional features added. They provided me a rental at no cost, however I never got notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I stopped in to see if it was ready, I waited around to be seen. Then, I was brought to the front to get my keys. When I asked where my car was parked, it was simply, parked out back somewhere. So, I had to go find my vehicle. When I got inside, my new leather seats and doors had grease stains from the installation. When I brought the issue up to the service counter, the guy was to busy playing on his phone to help me and said to just wait around and someone would get to me. (I literally told him my issue and asked for a rag). This is after I was already there for 30mins. Overall, extremely dissatisfied. More
