Desparate time I called about my car not starting and was given some pointers on what it could be. I got it jumped and drove to service area. wrong phone numbers I had an 8:30 a.m. appt. for which they were supposed to pick up my car & drive it to the Auto Performance Shop in Hopkins. They came in at 10:15 and I had an 8:30 a.m. appt. for which they were supposed to pick up my car & drive it to the Auto Performance Shop in Hopkins. They came in at 10:15 and told me that my car was still at the dealer. They said it would be done around 4 p.m. They were nice enough to give me a ride home to wait & a pickup to return to the dealer. Everything was all covered (items completed: remote start, windshield protector, invisible shield). Also, I left my contact phone numbers when I got there in the morning (this was the 3rd time I had given my numbers to various people at the dealership throughout the buying process). Said they would call around 3-3:30 p.m. to tell me it's ready. Got no call, so I called & they said they had the wrong contact numbers for me (not even close to my numbers) and the car was ready. Again, very nice of them to drive me home & return to pickup car. I must say that dealing with Scott Shragg, salesperson, was a pleasure. He answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable about the car, the buying process and helping me with some accessory questions. More
