Audio/visual display rebooting and non functioning 2nd time in for same issue. Appt was made this time for a Saturday and the technicians that need to do this repair do not do it on the weekends, Dalla 2nd time in for same issue. My car was supposed to be done on Thursday and it was actually done early and the issue was fixed. I really appreciate not having to come back again or rescheduled since I had to make my appointment almost a month out. More

I just purchased another vehicle and this makes it the 3rd car purchased from Luther Brookdale and it was just as easy and pleasant as the first time. We chose Luther the first time because they were nearby when i said i wanted to do a test drive and i walked out with a car that day. We chose Luther the next 2 times because I have not had a bad moment at any visit since that day in 2013. I can stop by at anytime to say Hi, grab some popcorn, sit in a new car and not feel pressured to buy. More
