I can’t wait until my lease is up. I’ve had to buy new tires at 25k miles and I’ve been going to Mazda dealership with all my oil changes and they are able to tell us everything else that needs to be chan tires at 25k miles and I’ve been going to Mazda dealership with all my oil changes and they are able to tell us everything else that needs to be changed but failed to bring up rotating tires. The defrost system is terrible. We have to bring towels with just to wipe down all windows every time we drive. There are other things as well. It was not a great purchase but we are stuck with it for another year. It’s more than just the service, it’s the Mazda in general. More

Accusing and not helpful After waiting for several weeks for an appointment, ( available for workable time slot and loaner car). Not only was our problem with our cx5 not fixed, but the service technician accused us of wrong doing and claimed the fix would not be covered under warranty. Then refused the loaner car to my wife who had been there in my stead. When I called multiple times, with failure to talk to the technician, I waited for a call back which was never made. More
