Since then, I took my car to a Firestone shop, and asked them to inspect the serpentine belt. They said it did not need to be replaced, and that these belts rarely need to by replaced, that they don't usually wear out like they used to in the past. I am therefore very disappointed that your service team apparently tried to sell me something that I didn't need. I have been coming to your shop for years, and have been very satisfied with your service overall. However, if I continue to see what appears to be unethical behavior, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Prior to this experience, I would have recommended you, but now I would be hesitant to recommend you, especially to anyone who would not do the kind of follow-up that I did to see if the belt was actually needed. More

I just wanted to let every who dealt with my wife and myself ( Bill and Jennie ) was very polite and knowledgeable about all questions put to them. I really liked the text update as I was able to plan my day and still get information on the progress of our vehicle. I'm sorry but I can not remember the main representative ( lost his card )at the repair center that helped me but he very knowledgeable, good listener, great at his job. Please make sure that he understands that his efforts were greatly appreciated. I have only used the service center but if the sales department is as good as the service I will be back. Thank you.
