I think the misunderstanding came from the fact that we didn't give you updates, because your vehicle was done in the time quoted, and in the other cases, things may have been running over, due to unforseen issues. Having my car in the time it was quoted has nothing to do with being informed of what the issue was with my vehicle since I just purchased it less than two weeks prior to the vehicle shaking and requiring service since it was driven by an employee after it was traded in; the women that scheduled the appointment informed me that the vehicle upon trade in had almost 5ooo miles less than when I purchased it. So once the issue was determined; as a customer I should have been informed regardless of the repairs being completed within the time quoted. What should be the lesson learned is respecting all customers regardless of work being completed in the time quoted. As for my confidence and returning to your service department even though it is located within 5 minutes from my home will never happen. And I have informed everyone who I know wanting to purchase or service their vehicles to go to any other dealer.
