The service itself is very solid. I have no problems with the actual service department. My main issue is with the sales department constantly pressuring me to buy a new car every time I come in. Their now s the actual service department. My main issue is with the sales department constantly pressuring me to buy a new car every time I come in. Their now service manager Sean Mahbubani is sneaky and will do anything to pressure you into it, including using one of his sales people to do it while he tries to glad hand you. As for service, Dallas and Kevin are consummate professionals and do a phenomenal job every time I roll in for service!! More

Excellent customer service. It's like they roll out the red carpet when you arrive. Kevin explained things very well to me. My car was done before it was promised, so bonus there! I bought my first Mazda last year. It was a great experience. Marine Finney did not try to sell me a car - she listened to what I wanted and helped me find it. Such a great experience.
