Follow thru communication is quite poor. I ordered a trailer hitch for my new vehicle and it took six months for me to get a phone call asking if I still wanted it installed. When I ordered it I knew it was on backorder but expected that the dealership would let me know when it was in. Instead it felt as if the dealership had been expecting me to keep track of it. The same is true of some other pieces that I’ve ordered. The service experience is great and the person I worked with was great but customer service contact and follow thru is seriously lacking.
