Typically, over the last decade, I have had exceptional service here. And to be fair, the ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars has nothing to do with the people or overall experience I had. The team went service here. And to be fair, the ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars has nothing to do with the people or overall experience I had. The team went out of their way to help resolve this issue, but... My disappointment comes from the fact that I had 640 miles on my brand new car, and driving over railroad tracks at normal speed, blew out the side of my tire. I was a bit dismayed that I ended up having to pay full price for a new tire with so few miles on the car. It just seemed unreasonable. Having said that, the team looked all over for a tire and realized it was so new that there were none in stock, so they got creative and took one from another new car so I wouldn't have to wait several days to get my replacement. THAT was impressive...going above and beyond the norm with that was exactly the type of personal experience I've come to expect here, and I appreciated it. More
