The experience of buying the care went well. But the service center is another story. Took my Mazda CX-5 for service for a loud noise coming from my passenger headlight. They told me "it was not But the service center is another story. Took my Mazda CX-5 for service for a loud noise coming from my passenger headlight. They told me "it was nothing and normal". Took it to inver Grove Mazda and they replaced it due to a faulty motor in the headlight. Definitely steer clear of this dealership service center. I was also told I was going to get a complimentary car wash and never received one. More

Brought vehicle in for tire rotation. Left dealership and had “cupping”/rubbing noise which was not told would happen.
