We are so sorry that we could not fix the problem on your first visit. Unfortunately, we could not duplicate the sound. Since then, we have had a couple other vehicles come in with the same issue. It's very rare, but unfortunately, your vehicle must've been one of the first with that issue. We hope that you'll give us another chance to exceed your expectations.
