I just went in for an oil change, but found the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I have an older car, so I'm not exactly on a maintainence schedule I can figure out and was happy to be told experience very pleasant and reassuring. All my fluids were checked and an inspection was done that found a cracked belt which also was replaced. I found the price to be very reasonable. The only disappointment was that all my tires were filled to 10 pounds less than they were supposed to be, but that was an easy fix. More

The people I had interaction with were all helpful and friendly. Was given a vehicle to use while the service was performed on my vehicle for no charge. I would definitely recommend the service center; however, I am disappointed in its ability to honor a bundle of oil purchases I made with my new car. I was treated poorly and I feel I was scammed given I had to come in 4 weeks in a row. Came in for service worth $100 and ended up paying $2,000 worth of service. It’s a long story, short version-car was in for check engine light, low oil pressure.(had an oil change less then one month prior at the dealership) After waiting 5 hours, car was “fixed”. 10 miles from engine light, low oil pressure.(had an oil change less then one month prior at the dealership) After waiting 5 hours, car was “fixed”. 10 miles from dealership, check engine light came back on, so I drove back to dealership. Was told no rental cars available, had to call for ride home. I live 46 miles from dealership. Car was there for a week before they even looked at it. Service advisor told me it was good to go, but I had a notification on the app stating “engine malfunction” I asked how it can be fixed when I had just gotten that notification. He tried to tell me the app is delayed 24 hours! Really!! When I finally could come get my car, it was buried in 6 inches of snow! So no rental, no updates, no explanation of how the problem could happen in the first place..I could go on and on! Not happy with the service at all!! More
