The service itself was acceptable, but I was there for almost 3 hours. The service guy said my car had been ready for 2 hours but they forgot to tell me. He promised a free full service visit next time bu almost 3 hours. The service guy said my car had been ready for 2 hours but they forgot to tell me. He promised a free full service visit next time but I never received a follow up. I will only be going back again because I have 2 years of free oil changes from buying my new Mazda there. More
