I got the pricing over the phone when I made the appointment and that's exactly what it cost. (I did not compare pricing with any other dealership.) I love going to Luther Brookdale Mazda for service with my Mazda 6. They are definitely not the closest Mazda dealership to my home but I have been bringing my car to them since the purchase of my car and my Mazda 6. It took them like 3 hours to process my loan even though I was pre-approved, I was there from like 10am to 2:45 pm and that's with finding the car that I bought in the first 30 minutes. The manager almost lost my buisness over $200 dollars trying to talk down my trade-in.I was offered $7,700 at a couple other dealerships, Luther only wanted to give me $7000. I had to argue with the manager for 15 minutes to get $7600 for it, I was just about to walk out but decided to take the $100 loss on my 2004 Ford Explorer that they are now selling for $11,990. That makes me wonder how good of a deal that I actually got. They also claim to have the best price, not true I found over 10 cars locally that had less miles and were also cheaper. I bought the 2004 Explorer 3 years ago for $10,000 with 48,000 miles now it has 82,000 miles on it and they will probably get some sucker to pay $11,900 for it, how could they possibly be considered a best price dealer. I bought two cars from luther a few years ago and their way of buisness suretook a turn for the worse. More

I had car trouble in the horrible heat. There was nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. I checked the flashing light in my car's manual to understand it w nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. I checked the flashing light in my car's manual to understand it was a security issue. I called the service department and talked to Tim. He explained my battery could be dead or the chip in my key was not recognized by my car. When I tried to jump the car and that didn't work, I called Tim back. The service department had already closed and since Tim was still in the building he accepted my call and hooked me up with a towing company that would bring my car to their dealership. Throughout the years (this is my second Mazda), I have been very pleased with the service I get at Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi and would most certainly recommend them without reservation! More

Every visit is a pleasure, even when I have to do some unexpected repairs. The guys all know me and greet me...a friendly place!
