I have to bring my car back in because the trim on the seat was not properly reinstalled. I contacted Shane the night I picked up the car and he assured me that they would correct the issue. The problem is not with shane but with the trim and mold service tech for not checking his work prior to signing off on this. More

I recently decided to keep my 2006 Honda Civic and had quite a bit of work (new tires, brakes, etc.) done. Each experience at Brookdale was great. Over the weekend I experienced a pretty annoying squeek quite a bit of work (new tires, brakes, etc.) done. Each experience at Brookdale was great. Ryan Peterson got me in the next day, found a small rock in my brake that was causing the problem, test drove it several time and best of all.....he didn't charge me! I had general service work done on our 2009 Honda Accord that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. The service department was friendly and the quality of work was little that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. The service department was friendly and the quality of work was little above average. With this all being general service work I was expecting a different pricing structure, but I guess that's what you get for pricing at a dealership. After I get pass 100,000 miles I will definitely be doing more price checking. I left the car at 9:00am and came back around 12:30am and was a little surprised they didn't wash the car as they had stated when I dropped it off. I didn't have time to go back in to get that done and hope they focus on their checklist of activities better next time. More

After she passed away, I thought I'd bring it in for a basic oil change to pick up the maintenance records, but also found such great service and great quality professional work. I love that they know you by name and are able to get us in quickly for regular maintenance. The price is a little more than my neighborhood mechanic even with coupons from their website, but so far seems to be worth it for the great customer service. More
The scheduler was very informative, patient and very nice to deal with. My CRV is new to me and I did not that I had a computer code come up when service was due. She waited while I started up the car to get the codes and then explained what each code meant. she even quoted me price on the spot for the work and the quoted price was the same as my final amount due. When I brought my car in at the appointment time the three techs were all either on phone or with a customer but two of them gave me eye contact and said they would be right with me. The tech that took care of my car came and explained that I had a screw in the sidewal of my tire, said that it was still holding air and provided me with a quote for new tires before I left. It was not a high pressure sale and I was very happy with my experience. More
