I asked that it wait, for now. He then told me that the current maintenance that I came in for would be done shortly (which was true as it was ten minutes later). When asked for a price to perform the future needed repair, he happily gave me the quote and explained the warranty that came along with the repair. Shane quoted me a good price on my tires and made sure that they were the right tires for my car. I found out that several of the tire shops had been quoting me the wrong size tires. Shane greeted me when I arrived and made sure that I was taken care of quickly. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking for excellent service. More

My Honda CRV was bought and maintained here. Everyone has been extremely friendly, even with my many questins if I don't quite understand what they're doing. Just had a maintenance thing done in their new facility. Big roomy area to sit in, and coffee and snacks offered. It was a 2-3 hour maintenance so I decided to bring my laptop along and work there using their wi-fi. The new facility has a cubicle area you can work in with places to plug in. They also have tvs in them so you could watch what you wanted if you didnt want to watch either of the two other large screen tvs there. These guys are located near me, and its always been good. My honda has been a little workhorse for me, and always felt pretty safe in bad weather. I would definitely like to get another Honda when the time comes. More

Zack is my guy. He has taken care of me for over 10 years. I'm totally comfortable and Trust what he tells me. I usually have the work done. I'm not into understanding car issues but over the years I'v years. I'm totally comfortable and Trust what he tells me. I usually have the work done. He has always been patience with me and now that he knows me well - See, I totally stress out with car issues and he is quick to say Don't stress yourself out over this Yolanda. I'm sorry but he is the only one on your team that I trust to leave my car with. I did meet the new lady she sits opposite side of the floor from Zack. The week of Christmas I had scheduled an appointment with Zack before I got there he had a family emergency and had to leave. She took me right in for the amount of time that I spent with her I felt comfortable but I didn't leave my car I rescheduled. She made me feel like I could trust her I was very comfortable while talking with her. She understood my feelings of only wanting Zack because she has customers like that too. More

I was treated very well. The waiting area for customers is great - with lots of room for seating, work stations, refreshments and tons of reading material.
