Zac explains thoroughly everything that will be done, and any new trouble that is discovered during inspection. I had a coupon for an oil change at $26.99, I was still charged $35.81 for the oil change. I was contacted by Brian saying I needed additional work done, including spark plugs replaced. Obviously the servi charged $35.81 for the oil change. I was contacted by Brian saying I needed additional work done, including spark plugs replaced. Obviously the service tech never actually checked the spark plugs because they had been replaced by another garage 3 months ago. I got the feeling they didn't actually check the items they wanted me to replace but instead checked to see what hadn't been done because the car has over 227,500 miles on it. More
We had trouble with our 2013 CRV starting about 3 weeks into our lease. I visited the service department twice before they diagnosed the problem. We own a 2004 CRV and it was in for its 90,000 mile check-up. I let Zac know upon my arrival that I needed to be out of there in a timely manner because of appointments later that afternoon. I especially appreciated the way he presented different repair/maintenance options without applying pressure to professional in his dealing with me.
