Cy was not the problem. He did fine. The issue is Honda use to be really good. I remember back then that's all everyone talked about. How good and reliable Hondas were. I He did fine. I've got to say now, after buying 3 brand new Hondas the last 10 years. I am extremely disappointed. 2/3 of my cars had nothing but constant manufactory problems and even worse, I had to twist Honda's arm to get the xxxx work done with out having to fork over my own money. Fast forward today. I thought after all these years of problems with Honda. I'd give them another shot. Mostly because I love the way Hondas are designed and their interior style. FATAL mistake. AT 20k miles I had to bring my car in to get a "diagnostics" because clutch was slipping. They tried to charge me for the diagnostics. Like xxxx I was paying. They waived it and it was a warrantied job. OK. No big deal. They fixed it. No biggie. Things happen....now at 40k miles...here we are today... There is some "liquid" on the engine and now they have to do a "dye" test for $130 to see if there are problems and if there is I don't pay but let me pay $130 first maybe? who knows? This is extremely frustrating. If Honda is going to make xxxxty cars, then why do I have to pay these annoying little $1-200 bills to "see if there are any problems". This is absolute xx and still pending resolution. I am anticipating more frustration and nonsense and I have a feeling this issue will go to corporate yet again...Yes...again...I have dealt with sooo many manufacture defects with Honda it's frustrating to the Nth degree. These manufacturer defects seem to be a reoccurring theme. Never thought I'd say it, but Honda really makes xxxxty cars now. I just wish if that was the case, they would have strong warranties and save consumers the head aches of paying for all these stupid test to diagnose potential manufacture defects. Hopes this gets resolved and my current negative opinions of Honda change. This may be last time I ever buy a Honda. It's too bad. I really liked the cars, just wish these defects wouldn't happen so frequently. How the great have fallen... More
