First time having my new Odyssey serviced. Had an oil change, tire rotation and a recall looked at. I was greeted by the staff promptly and got checked in and was able to wait in a very nice area with TV change, tire rotation and a recall looked at. Knowing this, I'd bring my little one to wait with me next time rather than find a baby sitter. Maurice was very professional and got me in and out quickly.
