Maurice was outstanding!! I took my car in for an oil change and some other work and I think this was the second or third time working with Maurice. He is always so professional, friendly and patient with us and our questions. We asked him a few things and he took the time to research and got back to us with the answers. Lengthy oil change I had an appointment for 4 pm. I was on time. 90 minutes for an oil change. Get in my car, check engine light still on. You were in my car, did yo I had an appointment for 4 pm. Laurel quickly got my car's information in their system and personally showed me to the waiting area, which was very large and comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks and free wifi. My oil change, tire rotation and free car wash was finished quicker than expected too. Happy customer! More

Tyler was very courteous, professional, and comprehensive in providing a high level of customer service. He listened, provided needed details of services, costs and timeframe for services to be completed. I caught up with some office work while in the customer wait area. It was a large area, with individual work stations, TVs, coffee and snacks and a quiet and clean area to work as my car was being serviced. At the promised time that I expect my car to be finished, Tyler reappeared explained in detail the services provided and answered whatever questions I had. Overall, the Honda experience was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable for the services provided. More

She did bill me at the special rate but she apparently seemed very upset about it and retorted "Now you tell me there is a special. I will have to print the whole invoice again". I guess one is suppose to mention the specials only at the time of making payment. Anyway, I love the staff at Brooklyn Center but simple courtesies go a long way. Thanks Meeta More

Since buying my Honda in 2011, I have not hesitated coming back again and again. I never feel oversold and if I pass on a service, I don't get pressure. The advisers, just advice. Generally service is complete before the estimated time, everyone is friendly. Honda is a great value. More

The decision was made to do the fix right away. So, now I have some time to kill. Started wandering around the lot. We leased a vehicle last year, so I went looking for Will Carr. Will was the salesperson that assisted us on the Cross Tour lease. Talked about the Odyssey issues, and Will mentioned it might be a good time to make a trade. Mentioned I like the CR-V, so Will got a set of keys and turned me loose. Came back awhile later, thinking the CR-V was a nice vehicle. Will asked some good questions, determined what might be the best options, and we started looking at some numbers. After deciding on color option, and additional accessories, I said yes. Will called the service team, they brought the car in for the add-ons, and got it ready for delivery. Another great car buying experience @ Luther Brookdale Honda, and William Carr in particular. I trust Will to do right by me, enough so that I sent me daughter in and she leased a CR-V for her family. And, when it was time to take my new ride home, Will helped me transfer all my stuff from the trusty old Odyssey, into the new CR-V. I highly recommend Mr. Carr, a true professional to work with. More
Took my 07 si coupe in for recall of a paint job on top of my car (sun/moon roof area), I worked with Ben wysocki, a great guy to work with, he also got my hood repainted allthough I didn't even know ther of my car (sun/moon roof area), I worked with Ben wysocki, a great guy to work with, he also got my hood repainted allthough I didn't even know there was a recall on that as well. I also had some other problems in my car which required computerized dignosing and costs about $100 to $150 which i didnt have to pay for because they took the right steps before dignosing and resolved my issues..He knows what customer expects and has great knowledge of products and services. I'm 100% satisfied with his services and would recommend anyone to ask for Ben Wysocki for any service related issues. More

Over the last couple of years I have dealt with a variety of service advisors and I have been extremely pleased with each and every one of your thoroughness, respect and promptness to get whatever the service at hand completed and completed accurately. Its much appreciated that every little detail of the service is gone over with me prior to paying the bill and any questions and special requests are answered as well. The new building is amazing. The thing I like most about coming back to Brookdale Honda for routine service of my car is that the customers are not treated just as customers but we are treated as family. Showing that level of respect and common courtesy to your clients will definitely keep them coming back :) I would rather give you guys my business than the other two Honda dealers near me just for that very reason. We took our Pilot in for 2 recalls, an oil change, and to have 1 of our remote keys checked. All the jobs were completed in a timely manner. However, the next morning the other remote key would not start th have 1 of our remote keys checked. All the jobs were completed in a timely manner. However, the next morning the other remote key would not start the car. The theft detterent system thought I was stealing my own car! Because of this we just gave service a 4 for quality* (with explanation) BUT - Zach took excellent care of us. I have mobility issues so he had the truck picked up, fixed the issue, and returned the truck. He immediately took care of the problem and compensated us for our trouble. We were very impressed with the care and attention. Service really went above and beyond and deserves a 10. More
