Health Care Provider Auto service was done in a timely and professional manner. Auto was also available to take home sooner than I thought it would be ready. However the most revealing experience was in the waiting room. A service adviser, other than Shane appeared and informed an elderly woman with a walker that the exhaust shields on her auto were loose and a $20.00 clamp could remedy the issue. About the same language was said to me about one year ago, but at RB Honda, Richfield. However, I was told that that both exhaust shields had to be replaced to remedy the problem. These were both very expensive and the advisor just didn't know why they were so expensive either. And the price I paid for the same issue in Richfield, was allot more than $20.00 tendered to the little old lady in Brooklyn Center. More

2004 Honda civic engine light My 2004 Honda had an engine light that periodically would come on. I brought it in and had it diagnosed and thought the issue was solved. It came ba My 2004 Honda had an engine light that periodically would come on. I brought it in and had it diagnosed and thought the issue was solved. It came back on. I brought it back and this time left it hoping with time the service department could diagnose the issue and give me a course of action to resolve what ever issue it was. Much to my dismay and Ben Wysocki's after two days they could not make the engine light would not cooperate. The recommendation was to do some preventative maintenance. I agreed as the items had not been changed up to this point. Ben is to be congratulated on his perseverance, patience, knowledge and overall excellent customer service. This was not my first experience with Brookdale Honda or with Ben as a service adviser. Nor will it be my last. Each time I am educated regarding the repairs being made and never pressured to make any repairs. More

I know time estimates are just that, but an update after an hour would have been appreciated. I was told alignment issues were only under warranty for the first 12 months. Thing is, I brought it in after driving it for about 8 months thinking the alignment was out. At that time I was told it was fine. Now, with no noticeable difference in the way it drives, I need new tires due to uneven tire wear brought about by misalignment.. I'll bring it to someone I can trust to do the work now that it's come to this. I love my Honda, but I'll have to tell people to go to a different dealership than Luther. More

Of course I went in for a quick oil change mid-morning on a Monday. While I was waiting I bought a cover for my truck box from the parts department. Of course I wanted it installed while I was there which is a hour and one-half job. The schedule was booked. Laurel made a few calls and two hours later I was leaving with an oil change and newly installed cover, Each time I go in for service, and those aren't many because I drive a Honda, Laruel remembers my name as I pull in, without referencing the computer. The service is always top quality and reasonable priced. I actually like having my truck maintained now. More

Brookdale Honda dealership is the Best! I have owned 2 Honda's in the last 15 years and Brookdale Honda has serviced both over the last 15 years. I have learned to trust them over that time I have owned 2 Honda's in the last 15 years and Brookdale Honda has serviced both over the last 15 years. I have learned to trust them over that time. My first car had a warranty on it and they replaced the transmission on that one under warranty. I sold it to my son and then bought an Accord in 2006 with 29,000 miles on it. It currently has 142,000 miles on it and runs like a top. I have followed the recommended service plan and it works wonderfully to keep the car maintained. One I stopped by a local very reputable mechanic to get a headlight bulb replaced. They quoted me a price for the entire headlight assembly replacement. I took it to Brookdale Honda and they replaced the bulb at 10% the cost of the other mechanic. Brookdale Honda is the only dealership I have stayed with for everything from leasing to buying to servicing over the last 15 years. They worked hard to earn my trust for servicing especially. Great, well trained personnel, clean modern facility, and I always drive off happy! More

The service and experience is always great, The only thing I wish is that they would thank you for being a loyal coustmer at the time you arrive and always apply the 10% discount to the bill (invoice) without you asking for it (since they mail them to your home). Other dealerships throughout the country where I lived over the past 18 years, prior to the last 2 in the Twin Cities have always done this and hopefully this one will too. More
